Living Culture Symbiotic

Fermented soya has been used in traditional cultures around the world for hundreds of years due to its beneficial and bioactive effects on the gut microbiota, digestion and metabolism.

We develop the fermentation over several weeks, using our signature kefir-kombucha fusion and monitoring it under carefully controlled conditions.

For more information on fermented soya, click here.

Fermented soya is usually suitable for people with a sensitivity to soya because it is easier on the digestion. However, if you have a soya allergy, we recommend choosing one of our Organic Fermented Herbs range instead.

Chamomile is revered as a carminative herb and has been highly valued for more than 4,000 years, even considered sacred. It is ideal for calming trapped wind and easing bloating.

Another traditional digestive herb is fennel. In some cultures, fennel seeds are chewed after a meal to aid digestion and relieve wind.

In Ayurvedic medicine, these herbs are considered to bring Vata back into balance.
