Your Flora Tranquil is a living synergy of beneficial bacteria, enzymes, nutrients and herbs naturally created in the signature kefir-kombucha fermentation process, and carefully freeze dried to preserve all the unique nutrients.
It is then combined with supportive organic wholefood powders and encapsulated in an organic fermented tapioca capsule, making it uniquely 100% organic inside and out.
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day with food. Increase to 2 capsules twice a day if required.
Tranquil is best taken after food or between meals if you are prone to nervous digestion or bloated, windy states.
Avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients. Tranquil can be combined with other Living Nutrition products, including our Organic Fermented Herb formulas.

Fermented soya is usually suitable for people with a sensitivity to soya because it is easier on the digestion. However, if you have a soya allergy, we recommend choosing one of our Organic Fermented Herbs range instead.
Chamomile is revered as a carminative herb and has been highly valued for more than 4,000 years, even considered sacred. It is ideal for releasing trapped wind and easing bloatedness
Another traditional digestive herb is fennel. In some cultures, fennel seeds are chewed after a meal to aid digestion and remove wind.
