Your Flora Terrain is a living synergy of beneficial bacteria, enzymes, nutrients and herbs naturally created in the signature kefir-kombucha fermentation process, and carefully freeze dried to preserve all the unique nutrients.
It is then combined with supportive organic wholefood powders and encapsulated in an organic fermented tapioca capsule, making it uniquely 100% organic inside and out.
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day with food. Increase to 2 capsules twice a day if required.
This product contains slippery elm and should be taken with a full glass of water for full benefit. If suffering from reflux or acid indigestion, the capsules can be opened and mixed in with water to coat the oesophagus.
Avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients.
Terrain can be combined with other Living Nutrition products, including our Organic Fermented Herb formulas.

Fermented soya has been used in traditional cultures around the world for hundreds of years due to its beneficial and bioactive effects on the gut microbiota, digestion and metabolism.

Fermented soya is usually suitable for people with a sensitivity to soya because it is easier on the digestion. However, if you have a soya allergy, we recommend choosing one of our Organic Fermented Herbs range instead.
Slippery elm and aloe vera, which have cooling and demulcent properties and soothe excess ‘heat’ and acidity in the digestion.
From the perspective of Chinese medicine (TCM), when excess yang or ‘heat’ in the body is caused by modern stress, it can lead to inflammation.
The solution is to restore the inner ‘terrain’. In addition to their anti-inflammatory compounds, slippery elm and aloe vera both produce plant mucilage, which helps to protect the delicate gut lining and restore its integrity.
This combination is ideal for reducing heat and allowing for healing and regeneration.
