Your Flora Regenesis is a living synergy of beneficial bacteria, enzymes, nutrients and herbs naturally created in the signature kefir-kombucha fermentation process, and carefully freeze dried to preserve all the unique nutrients.
It is then combined with supportive organic wholefood powders and encapsulated in an organic fermented tapioca capsule, making it uniquely 100% organic inside and out.
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day with food. If you need greater support, such as after a course of antibiotics, you can increase the dose to 2 capsules twice a day.
It is best taken with food, but avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients. Regenesis can be combined with other Living Nutrition products.
Regenesis has a very strong flavour and we recommend not opening the capsules to sprinkle over food.
Convenient and portable with no need to refrigerate.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are nursing, pregnant or considering pregnancy you should consult your healthcare practitioner prior to using this product.
Fermented soya has been used in traditional cultures around the world for hundreds of years due to its beneficial and bioactive effects on the gut microbiota, digestion and metabolism.
We develop the fermentation over several weeks, using our signature kefir-kombucha fusion and monitoring it under carefully controlled conditions.

Fermented soya is usually suitable for people with a sensitivity to soya because it is easier on the digestion. However, if you have a soya allergy, we recommend choosing one of our Organic Fermented Herbs range instead.
Artichoke and chicory contain the prebiotic fibre inulin. This fibre is not absorbed but instead provides a food source for your microflora to grow.
Artichoke contains an abundance of antioxidants and phytonutrients that give it its reputation for being both a liver-friendly food, and one of nature’s most nutrient-dense plant foods.
We have added these ingredients into the Your Flora Regenesis to support the repopulation or “regenesis” of the GI tract and is especially good to take after a course of antibiotics which can lead to bacterial imbalance and discomfort.
This combination is a bitter formulas it alleviates Pitta and Kapha doshas.
