Your Flora Family is a living synergy of beneficial bacteria, enzymes, nutrients and herbs naturally created in the signature kefir-kombucha fermentation process, and carefully freeze dried to preserve all the unique nutrients.
It is then combined with supportive organic wholefood powders and encapsulated in an organic fermented tapioca capsule, making it uniquely 100% organic inside and out.
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day with food. Increase to 2 capsules twice a day if required.
Children aged 3-12: take 1 capsule a day with food. The capsules can be opened and mixed into food or drinks. Your Flora Family has a sweet biscuit-like taste and can be emptied directly into the mouth.
It is best taken with food, but avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients.

Fermented soya is usually suitable for people with a sensitivity to soya because it is easier on the digestion. However, if you have a soya allergy, we recommend choosing one of our Organic Fermented Herbs range instead.
Banana and baobab are rich in soluble fibre, which acts as a natural prebiotic for the beneficial microflora and is a natural source of tryptophan which has mood balancing properties.
As well as containing a range of minerals such as potassium and magnesium, baobab is a good source of vitamin C.
These additional organic foods are a source of prebiotics and gentle, sweet foods that are easily digested and for children.
