Your Flora Sensitive is a living synergy of beneficial bacteria, enzymes, nutrients and herbs naturally created in the signature kefir-kombucha fermentation process, and carefully freeze dried to preserve all the unique nutrients.
It is then combined with supportive organic wholefood powders and encapsulated in an organic fermented tapioca capsule, making it uniquely 100% organic inside and out.
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day with food. Increase to 2 capsules twice a day if required.
Take before meals as an aperitif to stimulate the digestive juices. It can also be taken in between meals to reduce bloating or digestive discomfort.
Avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients.

Fermented soya is usually suitable for people with a sensitivity to soya because it is easier on the digestion. However, if you have a soya allergy, we recommend choosing one of our Organic Fermented Herbs range instead.
Peppermint is a herb famed for its digestive properties. It is an antispasmodic known to calm tissue excitement and relieves cramping, pain and bloating in the gut.
Also a member of the mint family is Lemon Balm. It has a unique citrus scent, and like its cousin peppermint, it has soothing, carminative properties ideal for sensitive digestion.
Lemon balm has been used in traditional medicines for thousands of years for sleep, anxiety, and digestive issues, and was even called the ‘elixir of life’ by Swiss physician Paracelsus.
Lemon balm also has a unique quality in that it nurtures a healthy gut-brain link. This quality makes this formula ideal for when feeling a little emotionally sensitive affects your digestion.
This combination is cooling and decreases Kapha and Pitta.
