Chaga mushroom is known as the ‘Diamond of the forest’ and traditionally protective of overall defences. We only use wildcrafted fruiting conk grown on birch trees.
Living Nutrition’s Organic Fermented Chaga capsules contain nutrients, enzymes, and active compounds to produce a mushroom supplement that builds healthy defences during periods of stress.
Fermented chaga (Inonotus obliquus) conk*, fermented tapioca (capsule)*

Chaga is a key source of the terpenoid betulinic acid and the antioxidant melanin.
Living Nutrition Organic Fermented Chaga Mushroom
The secret of this mushroom formula lies in our special kefir-kombucha fermentation, which increases bioavailability of the ingredients naturally. It creates an enhanced nutrient profile with full-spectrum active compounds including antioxidants, biotics, and other phytochemicals. It is a natural, wholefood supplement with nothing artificial added and nothing taken away.
2 capsules provide:
Organic chaga (Inonotus obliquus) conk – 600mg
Each capsule contains organic chaga fermented for an extended period with our signature kefir-kombucha process, then carefully freeze dried to preserve all the unique nutrients. We then encapsulate it in an organic fermented tapioca capsule, making it uniquely 100% organic inside and out.
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day with food.
Increase to 2 capsules twice a day if required.
Capsules can be opened and added to drinks or smoothies or mixed into food.
Best taken with food. Avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, and a healthy lifestyle. If you are nursing, pregnant or considering pregnancy, you should consult your healthcare practitioner prior to using this product.
Like its wild cousins in the forests of Eastern Europe and Russia, our chaga is cultivated on birch trees. This gives it distinctive therapeutic qualities, making it a traditional favourite for strengthening the body against common infections.
Chaga isn’t really a mushroom at all, but a ‘conk’ or sclerotia that draws many of its nutrients from its host tree.
