Each capsule contains valerian fermented for an extended period with our signature kefir-kombucha process, then carefully freeze dried to preserve all the unique nutrients. We then encapsulate it in an organic fermented tapioca capsule, making this formula uniquely 100% organic inside and out.
Adults:
For daily maintenance take 1 to 2 capsules a day with food before bedtime.
