Each capsule contains organic reishi spore fermented for an extended period with our signature kefir-kombucha process, then carefully freeze dried to preserve all the unique nutrients. We then encapsulate it in an organic fermented tapioca capsule, making it uniquely 100% organic inside and out.
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day with food.
Increase to 2 capsules twice a day if required.
Capsules can be opened and added to drinks or smoothies or mixed into food.
