Each capsule contains pure organic milk thistle seed fermented for an extended period with our signature kefir-kombucha process, then carefully freeze dried to preserve all the unique nutrients. We then encapsulate it in an organic fermented tapioca capsule, making it uniquely 100% organic inside and out.
For daily maintenance take 1 capsule daily. Increase to 2 capsules for chronic conditions and for occasions when your digestion needs extra support.
