Lion’s mane is growing in popularity for its ability to stimulate the production of nerve growth factor (NGF), which influences the growth and communication of nervous system cells.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine it is also used to support digestive issues, hormones and liver health. In the West, lion’s mane mushroom is considered a ‘nootropic’ for cognitive enhancement.
